We offer free shipping on our website.

B. Do you provide returns and exchanges?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

C. What are the payment options?

Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American-Express, Diners Club, JCB, Cartes Bancaires, Maestro, UnionPay, Visa Electron. You can choose the most convenient payment method to complete the payment during the settlement process.

D. How to cancel or modify an order?

After purchase, customers have 24 hours to request a cancellation, and we will gladly refund you the full amount. After this point, your order has gone into production and cannot be changed, except for the shipping address.

We can still correct/change your shipping address before we ship it.

E. How many days do customers have to return a product?

We have a 14-day return policy

F. How much is the restocking fee?

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

G. How much is the return shipping fee?

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
