Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Anndas. We take pride in carefully crafting each pair of our shoes with great attention to detail. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and if your purchase doesn’t quite meet your expectations, our straightforward return and refund process is here to make things easy and worry-free for you.

14-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at support@anndas.com to initiate the return process.

Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you have provided.

Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used Shoes (Including Boots, Sandals, Sneakers, and Heels)

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@anndas.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

No Re-Stocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on our products. You may return your items at any time within the 14-day return period.

No Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, refund the previous one according to the refund policy. Then buy a new one.
